Postpartum Exercise/Postpartum Depression

One of the areas of expertise that we are very proud of is our work with recent mothers.  The Power Plate is uniquely effective with pelvic floor/core reconditioning and general body tone.  We can start gently and increase intensity quickly and safely!  You will feel the benefits within the first week or so.  You will begin to see results within two weeks if you are dedicated and are eating correctly.  If you are suffering from postpartum depression, you are not crazy, weak, or being silly!  Get help right away!  Its ok, and you're not alone!  Once you have set up some regular counseling, come in and set up a training schedule!  The Power Plate helps the body release endorphins that will help you feel better right away, but make sure you stick to the counseling!  We will all work together to get you going again and feeling amazing!  And if you have to bring the baby, go for it!  We love all kids at Swiss Fit, no worries!

All programs are designed exclusively around the Power Plate.  As a result, all programs except for some sport/event specific programs are 30 minutes long.  This is due to the Power Plate's exclusive technology. Power Plate training allows us to train your body with very little joint or connective tissue overloading.  Even our most intense exercise programs will leave your body tingling and bursting with energy, without joint pain.  You will gain strength quicker and recover faster.

All of our Body Sculpting, Weight Loss and General Fitness programs use the Power Plate and "cardio-bumps" to increase the effectiveness of the workout.  Our cardio-bumps are a mix of martial arts, self-defense moves, treadmill running, or very low impact cardio work.  Each individuals requirements and physical limitation is assessed when choosing cardio-bump protocols.  Give us 30 minutes 2-3 times a week, stay 100% committed in your daily routine, and we'll give you the body you want to have, guaranteed.
